Premium bought with WeChat Pay in the sideloaded Android app is a one-time purchase. You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing support@readingmaster.app with the account email used in the app; the refund is returned to the original WeChat payment method. Where a large part of the purchased time has already been consumed, we may refund proportionally; refunds required by law are always honored.
Subscriptions and purchases made inside the iOS or Android app are charged by Apple or Google, and refunds follow their processes: Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com, Google via Play order history. We cannot issue those refunds directly, but email us and we will help.
Store subscriptions can be cancelled any time in your App Store / Google Play settings; Premium then runs until the end of the paid period. WeChat Pay purchases are one-time — nothing renews.
